Dr. Bewley obtained his medical degree at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine in 1997. He then continued his training at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, in Orthopaedic Surgery. There he worked alongside the team physicians for the Red Wings, Lions, and Tigers. He also had advanced training in trauma and reconstructive surgery. He received his training in pediatric orthopaedics from the world-renowned Gillette Children's Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota. Dr. Bewley is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery for both Orthopaedic Surgery and the Subspecialty of Sports Medicine.  Dr. Bewley treats a broad spectrum of orthopaedic conditions, including fractures, sports injuries, osteoarthritis, and deformities of the upper and lower extremities.
