Orthopaedic oncology focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of primary bone cancers, soft tissue sarcomas, and metastatic bone diseases. Primary bone cancers originate in the bone itself, while soft tissue sarcomas develop in connective tissues such as muscles, fat, and nerves. Metastatic bone disease occurs when cancer from another part of the body spreads to the bones
