On Saturday, October 20th, 63 primary care physicians and other healthcare practitioners attended “Orthopaedics for the Primary Care Physician”, an annual CME program co-hosted by AOS and Eastern Virginia Medical School. This year’s half-day course focused on “Shoulders, Hips and Knees” and was held at the Westin – Virginia Beach Town Center. Doctors Mark Bewley, Bradley Carofino, Chad Manke and Raymond Payne were presenters at the conference. Attendees of the program received 4 contact hours of CME, heard about the latest in orthopaedic procedures and took part in Q & A sessions.
