DRY NEEDLING
PROCEDURE
Improves circulation and flexibility, and reduces pain by a manual technique, placing a small needle into an involved muscle at the trigger point. it is often used with therapeutic exercise and other modalities.
- Treatment areas include upper and lower extremities, and spine
- Offering traditional Dry Needling and Dry Needling with E-Stim

BIODEX
TESTING
During and following Rehab, a Biodex test will objectively illustrate strength gains (or deficits) and better predict when an athlete is ready to return to their sport following knee surgery.
Rehab:
The Biodex will train injured and post-surgical athletes enhancing muscle strength following a shoulder, wrist, knee or foot/ankle injury.
