"My preop, hip surgery and recovery could not have gone better. Dr Payne, his team and the team at Sentara Princess Anne Hospital are exceptional professionals. When you take into consideration that this all took place during the throes of the pandemic and that I did not have a family/support person with me, I am profoundly impressed with their expertise and ability to deal with the added stress. I am more than grateful! "
"I had an appointment with Dr. Payne. The front desk area receptionists were very polite and worked quickly. Before I could finish filling out paperwork, the nurse was calling me back! The nurse was attentive and explained every step. Dr. Payne was great, he answered all my questions and explained everything well and offered resources that would help me in other areas . I had knee pain (fluid on knee/bone spur/Osteoarthritis) and a limp when I came in, and left with almost no pain and no limp!! Thank you so much Dr. "No" Payne "
"Pre-op visit, was seen in a very timely fashion by a group of enjoyable staff. It's the best medical experience I've had. Highly recommend. Have had both knees replaced now, 1 in June and the other in November. The entire experience was awesome. Everyone treated me like a person not a number. Even all involved at Sentara Princess Anne hospital were excellent. I highly recommend Dr Payne at AOS and everyone at Sentara hospital. Great job all."
